PREFACE:


a litany is a ceremonial or liturgical form of prayer consisting of a series of invocations or supplications with responses that are the same for a number in succession. it is a noun. and it is bloody obnoxious. please note that i despise litanies with a passion that could ferment nucleic acid into a fecial bypass. litanies are exceptionally pleasing to the ear, singular in their abilitiy to succumb an entire contingent of intellectuals armed with reason. however i am everything a litany is not. i do not wield the ability to manipulate or persuade, nor am i pleasing to the inner ear/monologue. i am brash, clumsy, and infinitely acerbic. my name is alex.




PANDEMONIUM:


i am not glamorous. i am not lovely. and i am not what you want me to be. i refuse to speak civilly to the drama whores & the oblivious, & i'd rather bed syphilis than become a mother with three children, a spaghetti ingesting cocker spaniel, and a white collar husband who is nearly monogamous. i give myself headaches. i want to save the world. i want to drive myself into another plane. i do not know how to love people because i find the whole scenario sickening. i like my heart beat. i like laughter. i want to evolve. thunderstorms make my heart race & my mind pulse. i am unreasonably perfect.




EPITAPH:

i am fifteen years old, and i am a failure. i dislike mankind. i roll my eyes more than i smile. i love to observe. i am fervently adept at thumb wars. i hate the color pink. i stole 11,454 songs from the government. i couldn't pronounce 'blasphemy' until two months ago. i still cannot pronounce traian basescu. he is the president of romania & he'll probably be impeached for being a lousy human being. i am an artifice of teenaged adolescence, a poet, a philosoper, an activist, and a united states of america statistic. i live under a merchant's moral code. i was born wednesday, december 11, 1991 on the same day artur lundkvist died and william k. smith was not convicted of rape. i plan to die on an interesting day due to an interesting cause.
